the 6400 square foot Community Center,
located on nine wooded acres adjacent
to the #2 fairway. The Center has full
kitchen facilities, meeting rooms, a
dance floor, a reading/lending library,
an exercise room, pool tables and card
tables. Various clubs and groups of
all kinds congregate at the Center,
with trips, parties, dances and events
for members year round. Two lighted
tennis courts, a 75' swimming pool,
and three boat basins with slips are
available to property owners and their
guests.

of Course, There's Golf
Since The Players Course is only a short cart ride away, and Wyboo
Golf Club is just across the street, golfing is a preferred pastime
for many of our homeowners. Wyboo Plantation property owners may
purchase memberships in either or both golf courses, The Players
Course at Wyboo Plantation and Wyboo Golf Club. For either course,
there is a $750 initiation fee per residing family, a $65
per month unlimited greens fee, a $50 per month trail fee if you
own your own cart, or a $10 per person cart fee rental per round.

At
Reasonable Annual Fees...
Entrance to the community is via privately
controlled, gated access. A nominal
property owner's fee is charged annually
for maintenance of common areas, road
upkeep, security gates and community
lighting. In addition, patio home communities
pay an annual assessment for yard maintenance
and irrigation, and individual neighborhoods
may have an annual fee for community
enhancements and landscaping. Annual
boat slip fees provide upkeep and maintenance
for the marina, lights, pumps and lifts.
All assessments are reasonably priced
at far less than you would find in comparable
communities elsewhere.
